Chilli Flakes

They’re a super seasoning and can be sprinkled over anything for a nice pop of heat and flavour. A liberal amount of flakes can be added to your food and of course, more flakes gives the intense heat you need. These flakes are often used by the food manufacturing industry in pickling blends, chowders, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, soups and sausage.
